As a University of Utah graduate in both psychology and management, his ten-year research project on human gravity surveyed 8,000 people in over 1,200 organizations, plus 200 in-depth interviews with rising leaders and creators.
His new books from that research, Eleven and Untyped, are forthcoming. His past work has been published by Simon & Schuster in 24 languages and over 50 countries.
